To book an appointment I have very specific guidelines that will need to be followed closely for a successful experience!💕😊 PLEASE take your time & read through the complete policy. After scheduling your appointment you will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize the appointment! A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments that will go towards the total cost of your service. The remainder is due in cash, by card or cashapp (please have exact change, as change may not be available) NO DEPOSIT - NO APPOINTMENT‼️(Please send your deposit via cash app to $MadiSimone1015 or ApplePay to 937-474-7723) Same Day & Squeeze Appts are $50 plus the cost of the service. Cancelation policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it MUST BE COMMUNICATED BEFORE 24 Hours of your appointment to avoid 25% late cancellation. Your deposit may only be transferred one time for appointments within 7 days. Failure to cancel on time or no shows will be charge 50% Late policy If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, there is a $15 late fee. If you are 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule depending on today’s availability. If you cancel the appointment the same day the deposit can not be transferred. -NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS unless they are being serviced. -If you’re sick or exposure to COVID please cancel your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE !
Our Cancelation Policy is 50% charge for no call no shows. For late cancellations there is a 25% charge if appointment is cancelled within 24-48 hours before the appointment time.
